Flowers

It is no secret that I LOVE to take pictures. Last week I wanted to take new pics of the kids at a park or flower garden. There aren't many options around Grand Junction, but someone told us to try out the Botanical Gardens. We went there all excited to see the butterflies, thinking it would be something like Butterfly World in Florida. Not even close!! It is just Grand Junction, what was I thinking?!

They actually didn't have any butterflies out, and the place was so small. It was still fun and perfect for the kids since no one else was there. The kids didn't cooperate for me to take pictures that well, but I did manage to take some pics of the flowers there that I thought were cool.

OK - so these last two pics are a bit weird. Don't ask me what place these things had at this botanical garden, but the kids thought they were very curious. I thought they were just weird. There was a castle with a mote and drawbridge too, but it was closed.
