Getting geared up for some good fishin'
The Wanderer
Daddy's fishing buddy
She's got a bite!
Make that two bites! Her first catch ever and she landed two at the same time. Boy was she excited.
And another bite...not really. She was playing around with the fishing pole and snagged her fish on the stringer. She thought she caught another one all by herself.
Future fisherman!
After fishing we enjoyed a long 4-wheeler ride up through the aspens that are just getting their leaves on. Aspens are my absolute favorite mountain tree and it was heaven for me. It was so pretty and refreshing. Too bad I didn't get any pics of the ride, but Collin was loving thinking he was in control and driving the 4-wheeler all by himself.
Many more mountain adventures to come...

Looks like fun! I love your pictures! We need to be try more things and go fishing!
Looks like a blast! I love that Kenzie caught 2 fish at once! We just spent our first full weekend in Evanston this last weekend too! Too bad we were preparing talks for church so we really didn't get to enjoy it! Oh well, hopefully soon! Although the weekends for this summer are filling up fast. It makes me tired just looking at all the things on the calander that we have to do and go to. Love to be close to family, but man do they keep us busy!
Looks like a fun time. It's great that Mackenzie loves to be fishing with her dad. Both Johnathan and Joshua say they like it but it only lasts for about 5 mins. Then they are off getting in ttrouble. Miss you guys!!
Looks like fun! I wish we had time to do stuff. Someday soon hopefully.... Brent is officially not home ANY night this week! Good thing this is all over with soon! We'll be joining you guys in CO before you know it! Yea!
Steph, too cute... The kids are getting so big! Give them a big kiss from us!
Steph,
Wow! I did some catching up on your blog, I've missed alot! You guys are such a cute family. I was so sorry to hear about your baby. My baby has lung issues so I know how scarey the breathing thing can be. I'm glad he is okay now. I love the fishing pictures and I wish you had pictures of your 40-wheeler ride as well!
